Tips for running a 5K

Eat a healthy dinner the night before and make sure you hydrate before the race. Make sure to get to Eisenhower Park at least 45 minutes before the race so you have time to strech and warm-up. Make sure to tell your friends and family, A 5K is more fun when your part of a supportive group.
